He works with new construction and helps buyers and builders navigate through the sometimes tricky waters of building a new home. In addition to real estate expertise, Phil has almost 20 of construction management experience in both the commercial and residential fields. He has been involved in ownership and management of two companies and brings years of experience of customer service and problem solving to clients needing new construction expertise.

e spent two years in the business school at Kent State University and graduated from Watterson College with a degree in Computer Systems Analysis. He spent 23 years in the Army and Army Reserve as an officer and a helicopter pilot.
